Event details
The Heritage @ Exeter Research Network will be holding a workshop where colleagues from all faculties can share their ideas for heritage-based research done in collaboration with overseas universities. Organised by Professors Henry French and Richard Noakes, the workshop's primary purpose is to help HASS colleagues develop heritage-specific proposals for the recently announced university funding for projects held across Exeter and Tsinghua University. This will fund projects up to £20,000 across two years in humanities subjects, broadly defined (see further details and application form at ). The deadline for submission of applications is 15 June 2026.
The secondary purpose of the workshop is to facilitate discussion of the potential for new international heritage-based research involving colleagues from all faculties.
Colleagues based in Penryn who wish to attend can have their travel expenses reimbursed through Heritage @ Exeter funds.
Registration is essential, so please complete this to confirm your place and let us know of any dietary requirements as light refreshments and lunch will be provided. An agenda will be shared with registered participants closer to the event.
