Our Bespoke Training Offer
We offer two complementary streams of activity that can be delivered as off-the-shelf workshops or tailored to the specific needs of your organisation. Drawing on extensive experience of designing and delivering inclusive digital skills training, we work with partners at different stages of digital readiness to identify capability gaps, clarify priorities, and build learning experiences that are practical, relevant, and sustainable. This flexible model supports both immediate skills development and longer-term organisational capacity and competitiveness.
Data Science and Digital Innovation
This strand offers a range of training in data science, coding, and software development, from introductory sessions for beginners through to more advanced topics for experienced practitioners. Courses can be delivered individually or as part of a broader programme and are designed to be inclusive, practical, and adaptable to sector-specific contexts and organisational priorities.
Proficiency in Teaching Digital Skills
Alongside technical training, we offer development for employees who are ready to become internal trainers in digital and data science skills. This strand equips participants with the pedagogical knowledge and confidence to design and deliver high-quality training, enabling organisations to build and sustain in-house expertise. By investing in staff who can both apply and teach these skills, organisations strengthen their long-term capability, respond more effectively to changing tools and methods, and create a more self-sustaining model of workforce development.
